Job Summary
Mobile Building Engineer responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and related equipment for properties in the Denver area. Duties include performing day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance, routine rounds, painting/housekeeping, monitoring energy management, repairing fixtures and components, inspecting electrical rooms, back-up generators and fire life safety systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Must respond to emergency situations, maintain tenant relations, document activities, and adhere to Haynes safety training and company policies. Requires 3-5 years of experience in building operations and a valid driver’s license; standard work days are Monday–Friday with on-call availability. Compensation ranges from $27 to $30 per hour (annualized $56,160–$62,400).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in building operations, engineering and equipment and systems maintenance
- Must possess a valid driver's license and currently maintain a safe driving record as required by the company's insurance provider.
