Job Summary
Non-supervisory, hourly maintenance engineer role focusing on maintaining and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building mechanical systems across client facilities. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, operation/repair of boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, and related equipment; building automation and fire/life safety systems; inspections and reporting on conditions; responding to emergencies, with light travel; maintaining inventory; and complying with safety regulations. Requires High School Diploma or GED; apprenticeship or trade school preferred; at least four years of technical experience in building engineering; valid driver’s license; EPA Universal certification for refrigerants. Strong communication, organizational, technical, problem-solving skills, and ability to work across facilities.
Required Qualifications
