Job Summary
As a Glass Technician, you will install, repair, and replace windshields and glass on fleet vehicles and heavy equipment, diagnose glass damage, and recommend solutions. You’ll ensure work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications, maintain a clean, organized workspace, and communicate clearly with clients and team members. You will travel to job sites as needed (a company vehicle is provided) and contribute to safety and reliability of client fleets through craftsmanship and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive or heavy equipment glass installation (or a strong desire to learn)
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
