Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile responsible for proactive engagement with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers on wireless solutions, using digital self-serve tools, and guiding them through onboarding and the T-Mobile app. Build relationships with customers, identify needs, demonstrate solutions, and contribute to achieving sales and quality-of-sale metrics while collaborating with nearby store locations and adhering to store operations and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
