Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store

Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store role within T-Mobile’s National Sales partner locations. Engage a high-traffic retail audience, educate customers on T-Mobile solutions, demonstrate value through consultative selling, onboard customers to self-serve tools and the T-Mobile app, and collaborate with nearby stores to support customer experience. Responsibilities include proactive customer engagement, using digital tools, staying informed on promotions and processes via the Hub, conducting demonstrations, guiding customers through onboarding, and maintaining store operations and asset security. Requires strong communication, coaching, leadership, product knowledge, relationship-building, and sales skills; HS diploma/GED and at least 18 years old with legal US work authorization.
