Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store are part of the Retail Team, engaging customers in a high-traffic environment to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile solutions. Responsibilities include proactively engaging customers, using digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding, identifying customer needs, applying solution-based selling, undergoing training on products and processes, onboarding customers with nearby stores, assisting with store operations and asset security, and building relationships to drive customer satisfaction and sales targets. Must have a High School Diploma/GED and at least 18 years old with legal work authorization in the US; 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred. The role offers an hourly base pay of $20.50 plus training pay, with potential incentives and stock grants, and comprehensive benefits.
