Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile engaged in a high-traffic retail environment, building relationships with customers, identifying needs, educating and recommending wireless solutions, and demonstrating T-Mobile products and services. Responsibilities include proactive engagement, using digital self-serve tools, onboarding customers to self-serve and the T-Mobile app, completing training on in-store processes, partnering with nearby locations to onboard customers, performing store operations tasks (opening/closing, securing assets), and striving to meet or exceed sales targets and quality-of-sale metrics. Requires effective communication, customer obsession, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales environment. Education and work experience criteria include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; travel is not indicated as a requirement.
