Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Retail Sales

Mobile Associates engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers about T-Mobile solutions, and demonstrate value through solution-based selling. They build relationships, identify customer needs, onboard customers to self-serve tools and the T-Mobile app, and collaborate with nearby store locations. Responsibilities include proactive customer engagement, using digital self-serve tools, following up and routing referrals, and supporting store operations (opening/closing procedures, asset security). Candidates should demonstrate competencies in coaching, communication, consultative selling, customer education, relationship building, product knowledge, and sales techniques. The role requires at least 18 years of age and legal authorization to work in the United States, with a High School Diploma/GED, and 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
