Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Retail Sales responsible for engaging customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating and demonstrating T-Mobile solutions, performing onboarding, and leveraging sales techniques to meet or exceed targets. Must build relationships, identify customer needs, and execute solution-based selling while maintaining store operations and customer satisfaction. Includes training participation, adherence to procedures, and collaboration with nearby stores to onboard customers; requires strong communication, relationship-building, and product knowledge. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
