Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store are part of the Retail Team at T-Mobile, engaging customers in a high-traffic retail environment, identifying customer needs, educating and recommending T-Mobile solutions, using digital tools, onboarding customers, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities include proactively engaging customers, demonstrating and promoting wireless products/services, conducting onboarding, staying customer-ready, collaborating with nearby locations, and contributing to sales targets and customer satisfaction.
