Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile responsible for proactively engaging customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers, and demonstrating and recommending wireless solutions. You will leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding, identify customer needs, and use solution-based selling to deepen relationships and meet quality-of-sale metrics. You will complete training on the in-store experience, collaborate with nearby store locations to onboard customers, assist with store operations, and maintain a customer-focused experience while delivering energy and excitement around the T-Mobile brand.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
