They build relationships with customers, educate and demonstrate solutions, use digital tools, onboard customers to the T-Mobile app, and support store operations including openings/closings and asset security. The role emphasizes proactive customer interaction, solution-based selling, ongoing training, and collaboration with nearby stores to on-board customers, with performance targets and incentives. Eligibility includes a High School Diploma/GED and being at least 18 years old; travel is listed as not required.
