Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store - Retail Sales

Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at a high-traffic T-Mobile retail environment focused on proactive customer engagement, educating customers on wireless solutions, and using solution-based selling to meet performance targets. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, educating and demonstrating products, onboarding customers to self-serve tools (T-Mobile app), maintaining store operations, and collaborating with nearby locations to onboard customers. Requires effective communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
