Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store role at T-Mobile responsible for proactive customer engagement in a high-traffic retail environment, identifying customer needs, educating and demonstrating solutions, and using digital self-serve tools. You will onboard customers to self-serve and the T-Mobile app, build relationships, and support store operations while partnering with nearby locations. Requires high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience; role includes coaching, product knowledge, and driving customer satisfaction through solution-based selling and effective communication.
