Mobile Associate, Store in Store - Retail Sales

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments, using digital self-serve tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through consultative selling techniques to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction while managing Be Back processes and capturing referrals. Complete on-the-job training on store operations, products, and systems, then partner with nearby locations to fully onboard customers and support account servicing. Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing kiosk assets, and proactively prospect for sales opportunities to exceed performance targets.
