Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store responsibilities include proactively engaging customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions, applying solution-based selling to identify customer needs, onboarding customers to self-serve tools and the T-Mobile app, and collaborating with nearby stores to onboard customers. The role emphasizes customer education, relationship building, and delivering exceptional service while meeting performance targets and sales metrics. Required skills include coaching, communication, consultative selling, customer education and engagement, relationship building, sales techniques, and knowledge of products with a strong emphasis on meeting customer needs, referrals, and satisfaction. Education requirement is a High School Diploma or GED, with 6 months of customer service/sales experience preferred; candidate must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
