Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store​ - Retail Sales

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments using digital self-serve tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through solution-based selling techniques, deepen relationships by guiding users on app utilization, and follow up to capture referrals and manage Be Back processes. Partner with nearby store locations to fully onboard customers, perform price overrides for specialty offers, and execute store operations including kiosk security and asset reporting. Complete required training on products, systems, and the in-store experience while continuously reviewing personal results and promotions to remain customer-ready.
