Job Summary
Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments using digital self-serve tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through solution-based selling techniques, deepen relationships by guiding users on app utilization, and build rapport to drive sales activity. Complete on-the-job training on products, systems, and store operations, while performing opening and closing procedures, securing kiosk assets, and managing Be Back processes. Partner with nearby store locations to support customer onboarding and capture referrals, ensuring exceptional service and exceeding performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Customer Satisfaction
- Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
- Team Building

- Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
