Job Summary
Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments using digital self-serve tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through solution-based selling techniques, deepen relationships by guiding users on utilizing the T-Mobile app, and capture referrals while managing Be Back processes. Complete training on in-store experiences and products, review personal results and promotions daily, and partner with nearby locations to fully onboard customers. Perform store operations including opening and closing procedures, securing kiosk assets, and carrying keys to kiosk cabinets. Build rapport with existing and new customers, follow up on interactions, and execute price overrides for specialty offers specific to National Retail partners.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Customer Satisfaction
- Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
- Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
