Mobile Associate, Store in Store - Retail Sales

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments, using digital self-serve tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through consultative selling techniques to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction while driving sales activity and capturing referrals. Complete training on in-store experiences, products, and systems; review personal results and promotions on the Hub to remain customer-ready. Partner with nearby locations to onboard customers, perform skills practice, knowledge sharing, and store operations including opening, closing, and securing kiosk assets. Follow up with customers to manage Be Back processes and build loyalty with new and existing accounts.
