Job Summary
Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments by educating them on T-Mobile solutions, leveraging digital self-serve tools, and recommending wireless products. Identify customer needs through meaningful interactions, partner with nearby stores to onboard customers, and perform store operations including opening/closing procedures and kiosk asset security. Review personal results and promotions daily to remain customer-ready, while following up on referrals, managing Be Back processes, and capturing referrals. Complete required training on systems, products, and processes to exceed sales targets and quality metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Retail environment preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
- Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
