Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store are integral to the Retail Team, engaging with customers in a high-traffic environment to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile solutions; leverage digital self-serve tools, onboard customers to the T-Mobile app, and build relationships to meet sales targets and quality metrics. Responsibilities include proactive customer engagement, cross-store collaboration, knowledge-sharing, adhering to store procedures (opening/closing), handling keys/security, and delivering exceptional service while identifying customer needs and applying solution-based selling. Strong focus on customer satisfaction, effective communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
