Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store - Retail Sales

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments, using digital self-serve tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through consultative selling techniques, deepen relationships by guiding users on app utilization, and exceed sales performance targets while maintaining quality metrics. Complete daily training on products and systems, review personal results and promotions, and partner with nearby locations to fully onboard customers. Perform store operations including opening/closing procedures, kiosk asset security, and skills sharing. Follow up with customers to capture referrals, manage return processes, and build loyalty through personalized interactions.
