Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Retail Sales

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments using digital self-serve tools to identify needs, demonstrate product value, and recommend wireless solutions. Execute solution-based selling techniques to deepen relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction through the T-Mobile app and onboarding processes. Partner with nearby store locations to fully onboard customers, manage Be Back processes, and capture referrals. Perform store operations including opening and closing procedures, securing kiosk assets, and reporting lost keys. Review personal results, promotions, and Hub updates to remain customer ready at all times. Complete training on new skills, products, and systems to exceed performance targets and sales metrics.
