Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Retail Sales

Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital self-serve tools to educate clients and showcase T-Mobile solutions. Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to recommend wireless products and onboarding services, while following up to capture referrals and manage Be Back processes. Partner with nearby store locations to support customer onboarding from account setup to device support, and perform store operations including opening, closing, and securing kiosk assets. Review personal results and promotions daily to remain customer-ready, and practice skills to build rapport and loyalty.
