Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Retail Sales

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments, using digital self-serve tools and solution-based selling to demonstrate T-Mobile products and services. Identify customer needs, recommend wireless solutions, and onboard customers to utilize the T-Mobile app while building relationships through meaningful interactions. Complete training on store systems and processes, review personal results and promotions via the Hub, and partner with nearby locations to support onboarding. Perform store operations including opening and closing procedures, securing kiosk assets, and practicing skills with colleagues. Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity, follow up on referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
