Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Retail Sales

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments, using digital self-serve tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through consultative selling techniques to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction, while following up to capture referrals and manage Be Back processes. Complete training on in-store experiences, products, and systems; review personal results and promotions to remain customer ready. Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers, perform store operations including opening/closing procedures, and secure kiosk assets. Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity and build rapport with leadership teams to support the customer experience.
