Job Summary
Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments, using digital self-serve tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through solution-based selling techniques to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction while driving sales activity and capturing referrals. Partner with nearby store locations to fully onboard customers, perform store operations including opening and closing procedures, and manage Be Back processes. Complete required training on products, systems, and reference resources to remain customer ready, while maintaining knowledge of current promotions and updates. Carry keys to kiosk cabinets, secure assets, and report any lost items to your manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- Retail environment
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Customer Satisfaction
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with our customers
- Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
- Team Building
- Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
