Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store - Retail Sales

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments using digital self-serve tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs, build rapport, and deepen relationships through consultative selling and solution-based techniques. Complete on-the-job training, review personal results and promotions, and partner with nearby stores to fully onboard customers. Perform store operations including opening and closing procedures, securing kiosk assets, and carrying keys to kiosk cabinets. Follow up with customers to capture referrals, manage "Be Back" processes, and perform price overrides for specialty offers.
