Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Retail Sales

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments using digital self-serve tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through consultative selling techniques, deepen relationships by guiding users on app utilization, and proactively reach out to drive sales activity. Complete training on products and processes, review personal results and promotions daily, and partner with nearby stores to onboard customers. Perform store operations including opening and closing procedures, manage kiosk assets, and follow up on referrals and Be Back processes.
