Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile responsible for engaging customers in a high-traffic retail environment, identifying customer needs, educating and recommending wireless solutions, leveraging digital self-serve tools, onboarding customers to the T-Mobile app, and driving sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Must demonstrate customer advocacy, build rapport, balance service with performance goals, collaborate with nearby stores, handle store operations (opening/closing), and participate in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about products, processes, and promotions. Eligible for hourly pay with training pay and potential incentives; benefits include comprehensive health/dental/vision, 401(k), stock grants, paid time off, and more.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
