Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Retail Sales

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments using digital self-serve tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through consultative selling techniques, deepen relationships by guiding users on app utilization, and follow up to capture referrals and manage Be Back processes. Perform store operations including opening and closing procedures, securing kiosk assets, and partnering with nearby locations for customer onboarding. Complete training on products and systems, review daily results and promotions to remain customer ready, and proactively prospect for sales activity while building rapport with leadership teams.
