Job Summary
Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments by educating them on T-Mobile solutions, leveraging digital self-serve tools, and recommending wireless products. Identify customer needs through consultative selling techniques, build rapport to deepen relationships, and drive sales activity by following up on referrals and managing the "Be Back" process. Complete onboarding procedures, including opening and closing store operations, securing kiosk assets, and performing price overrides for specialty offers. Partner with nearby store leadership to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
