Job Summary
Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments using digital self-serve tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through consultative selling techniques, manage onboarding processes, and build relationships to drive sales and capture referrals. Perform store operations including opening/closing procedures, kiosk asset security, and skills sharing with nearby locations. Review daily results and promotions on the Hub to remain customer-ready while following up on Be Back processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
