Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Retail Sales

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments using digital self-serve tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through consultative selling techniques, manage onboarding processes, and capture referrals while building rapport with existing and new clients. Perform store operations including opening and closing procedures, securing kiosk assets, and carrying keys to kiosk cabinets. Partner with nearby store locations to support customer experience from account setup to device support, and proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity. Complete training on products, processes, and systems to remain customer ready, while reviewing personal results and promotions on the Hub daily.
