Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store, Retail Sales

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments using digital self-serve tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile solutions. Identify customer needs through consultative selling techniques to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction while managing Be Back processes and capturing referrals. Partner with nearby store locations to fully onboard customers, perform skills practice, and execute store operations including opening, closing, and securing kiosk assets. Review personal results and promotions via the Hub to remain customer ready, proactively prospect for sales activity, and follow up to drive revenue.
