Job Summary
Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments using digital self-serve tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through consultative selling techniques, manage onboarding processes, and capture referrals while following up on Be Back processes. Perform store operations including opening and closing procedures, securing kiosk assets, and practicing skills with nearby leadership teams. Review personal results and promotions daily to remain customer ready and exceed sales targets.
