Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile responsible for active customer engagement in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers on wireless solutions, and demonstrating value of T-Mobile products. Responsibilities include using digital self-serve tools during interactions, onboarding customers to the T-Mobile app, identifying customer needs with solution-based selling, maintaining knowledge of products and promotions, participating in training, assisting with store operations (opening/closing, securing kiosks/assets), and building relationships with customers and nearby stores to drive sales while delivering exceptional service and meeting quality-of-sale metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
