Job Summary
Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are part of the Retail Team responsible for engaging customers in a high-traffic environment, educating them on T-Mobile solutions, demonstrating products, and using solution-based selling to meet performance targets. They proactively interact with a broad range of customers, collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers, and support store operations including opening/closing procedures. The role emphasizes building relationships, diagnosing customer needs, communicating effectively, and leveraging digital self-serve tools to enhance the customer experience, while adhering to training and promotions updates and maintaining ownership of assets and keys as part of kiosk operations. The position requires a High School Diploma/GED and 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; travel is not indicated for this role, and eligibility to work in the United States is required.
