Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store role within National Sales partner locations to engage customers, educate and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions, drive sales, onboard customers to self-serve, and build strong relationships in a high-traffic retail environment. Responsibilities include proactively engaging customers, using digital tools, demonstrating value of T-Mobile products and services, applying solution-based selling, completing training on in-store processes, collaborating with nearby stores for onboarding, and maintaining store assets. Required education is a HS diploma/GED with at least 0+ years of relevant experience; preferred candidates have prior customer service/sales experience and strong communication, coaching, and product knowledge skills.

- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
