Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store responsibilities in a high-traffic retail environment. Build and deepen customer relationships by educating, demonstrating, and recommending T-Mobile wireless solutions; utilize digital tools during interactions and onboarding; complete in-store training and stay current on products, promotions, and processes; assist with onboarding customers, on-going store operations, and price overrides for specialty offers; demonstrate a customer-obsessed approach, effective communication, and teamwork to meet sales targets. Education: High School Diploma or GED required; 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
