Mobile Associate, Store in Store | Retail Sales

Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile drives the in-store customer experience in a high-traffic retail environment. Responsibilities include proactively engaging with customers, educating and demonstrating T-Mobile solutions, leveraging digital self-serve tools, identifying customer needs, and using solution-based selling to showcase the value of products and services. Role requires completing training on in-store processes and systems, partnering with nearby store locations to onboard customers, supporting store operations (opening/closing, asset security), and maintaining a customer-obsessed approach to exceed satisfaction and sales targets. Required education is a High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (retail preferred). Strong skills in communication, coaching, consultative selling, customer education, relationship building, sales techniques, and product knowledge are important, as well as the ability to travel (if applicable) and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
