Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store - Retail Sales

Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at a high-traffic National Sales partner location, responsible for proactively engaging customers, educating on T-Mobile solutions, and driving solution-based selling. Demonstrates product knowledge, builds relationships, identifies customer needs, and uses digital tools to onboard customers to self-serve options and the T-Mobile app. Participates in on-the-job training, collaborates with nearby stores to onboard customers, and supports store operations, security of assets, and referral generation. Requires strong communication, coaching, consultative selling, customer education, and relationship-building skills; High School Diploma/GED and 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
