Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store at T-Mobile drives the brand in a high-traffic retail setting through proactive customer engagement, education, and solution-based selling. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, educating and demonstrating T-Mobile solutions, onboarding customers to self-serve tools and the T-Mobile app, collaborating with nearby store locations, and adhering to store procedures (opening/closing, asset security). Strong focus on customer engagement, relationship building, and delivering exceptional service to meet performance targets while leveraging product knowledge and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (preferred)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- At least 18 years of age
