Job Summary
Mobile Associate role responsible for proactively engaging customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating them on T-Mobile solutions, demonstrating products, and recommending wireless offerings. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, leveraging digital tools, onboarding customers to self-serve options, on-going product knowledge, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with nearby store locations, participate in store operations (opening/closing, handling keys/assets), and contribute to achieving sales targets through solution-based selling and referrals. Required to have a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months of customer service/sales experience; 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States. Training pay applies in the initial period, with opportunities for incentives and stock-based benefits after progression.
