Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store contribute to an energetic, high-traffic retail environment by engaging customers, educating on and demonstrating wireless solutions, and leveraging digital self-serve tools to onboard customers. Responsibilities include proactively interacting with a broad range of customers, identifying needs, applying solution-based selling techniques, staying customer-ready through ongoing learning, partnering with nearby stores to onboard customers, and handling store operations (opening/closing, keys, assets). The role emphasizes building relationships, delivering exceptional service, driving sales performance, and maintaining product knowledge across T-Mobile offerings.
