Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store role responsible for engaging customers in a high-traffic retail environment, identifying customer needs, educating and demonstrating T-Mobile solutions, using digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding, and building relationships to drive sales. Responsibilities include proactive customer engagement, solution-based selling, partner onboarding with nearby stores, handling store operations (opening/closing, securing assets), maintaining knowledge of current promotions and training on in-store processes, and delivering exceptional service to meet quality-of-sale metrics. Must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the United States, with High School Diploma/GED and 6 months of customer service/sales experience preferred. Education and work experience requirements emphasize coaching, communication, consultative selling, product knowledge, relationship building, and ongoing customer education and engagement.
