Job Summary
Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and solution-based selling to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile products and services. Builds relationships, identifies customer needs, conducts onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing, and collaborates with nearby stores to support customer experiences. Responsible for store operations including opening/closing, safeguarding assets, processing referrals, and ensuring customer readiness with the T-Mobile app and self-serve tools. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, achieving sales targets, and promoting the value of T-Mobile solutions in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
