Job Summary
Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store responsible for engaging customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers about T-Mobile solutions, demonstrating products and services, and driving sales while delivering excellent service. Will leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions, identify customer needs, use solution-based selling, onboard customers to self-serve and the T-Mobile app, and collaborate with nearby store locations to onboard customers. Requires effective communication, relationship-building, leadership in customer engagements, and adherence to in-store processes, with ongoing training on products, processes, and systems. Also involved in opening/closing procedures, asset protection (keys and kiosk security), and meeting quality of sale metrics. Educational requirement is a High School Diploma or GED; 6 months of customer service/sales experience preferred; minimum age 18; legally authorized to work in the United States.
