Mobile Associate, Store in Store - Retail Sales

Proactively engage with customers in high-traffic retail environments, using digital tools to educate, demonstrate, and recommend T-Mobile wireless solutions. Identify customer needs through consultative selling techniques and leverage self-serve tools to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction. Complete training on products, systems, and the in-store experience while reviewing personal results and promotions daily. Partner with nearby locations to onboard customers, perform store operations including opening/closing procedures, and manage kiosk assets. Proactively reach out to drive sales activity, follow up on referrals, and handle Be Back processes.
